Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Dutchfulfillment's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Service Description
Dutchfulfillment provides warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics services for e-commerce businesses. Our services include:
- Inventory storage and management
- Order processing and picking
- Packaging and shipping
- Returns processing
- Integration with e-commerce platforms
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure includes:
- Storage fees based on volume and duration
- Per-order fulfillment fees
- Shipping costs (passed through at cost)
- Additional services as requested
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product information and packaging requirements
- Ensuring products comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining adequate insurance for stored inventory
- Timely payment of all fees and charges
- Providing reasonable notice for inventory changes
Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your inventory, our liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum liability per incident: €10,000 or actual value, whichever is lower
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Clients should maintain their own insurance coverage
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of discovery
Prohibited Items
We do not handle the following items:
- Hazardous materials and chemicals
- Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
- Illegal or counterfeit products
- Weapons and ammunition
- Items prohibited by shipping carriers
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees must be paid
- Inventory must be removed within 30 days
- Storage fees continue until inventory is removed
- We may charge reasonable fees for extended storage
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Dutch law. The venue for arbitration shall be Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
